Yoga Nidra is a practice for deep relaxation and setting of a powerful personal intent. It uses the state of dynamic sleep – a state of mind on the border between wakefulness and sleep. When you practice yoga nidra, you dissolve the deeper aspects of your mind and communicate with the subconscious and unconscious dimensions.

The power of this practice lies in the sankalpa – a Sanskrit word that can be translated as a “solution” or “affirmation”. Sankalpa is a seed that you create and then sow in the fertile soil of your mind. Many people make intellectual decisions, but rarely achieve results. This is because the intention must be “planted” when the mind is fully relaxed and ready to accept and integrate. These are exactly the conditions created during yoga nidra.

During the practice you are lying down, there is no need to bring a mat or blanket, you only need comfortable outfit. Duration: 60 minutes.
